📝 MFGA Guest Registration Form

Welcome to the Moncton Fish & Game Association (MFGA) guest registration page. We’re proud to share our facilities with others in a safe and responsible way — but all guests must be properly registered.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Family Guests (Immediate Family Only)

MFGA members may bring immediate family members (e.g., spouse/partner, children, parents, grandchildren) at no cost and with no visit limit.

Advance online registration is required (minimum 24 hours before visit)
✅ Guests must be accompanied by the sponsoring member at all times
✅ Members must provide a safety briefing before shooting begins

🚫 Non-Family Guests (Limit of 3 Per Year)

To promote safety and club growth, non-family guests are welcome under the following conditions:

  • 📅 Each member may host up to 3 non-family guests per year

  • 🔁 Each guest may only attend once per year (unless they become a member)

  • 👥 Maximum 2 guests per visit, all must be pre-registered

  • ⚠️ Unregistered guests will be turned away at the gate

  • 🎯 Guests are limited to one shooting bench per group, with priority given to MFGA members

💡 Our hope is that non-member guests enjoy their visit and consider becoming full MFGA members.

🔍 Special Sight-In Permit

Non-members who wish to sight in a firearm only may apply for a Range Sighting Permit ($25)
➡ Permit is valid on pre-designated sight-in days only
➡ Does not grant general range access
