Victoria Road Shooting Range – Sight-In Permit

🔹 Key Information

• Cost: $25 per person (includes NFA insurance)

• Access: With valid DNRED “Firearms Transport Sight-In Permit” + MFGA sight-in permit

• When: Public sight-in hours only – Noon to 5:00 PM

  • Monday afternoons

  • Wednesday afternoons

  • Saturday afternoons

• Access Method: Entrance on foot only; gate must remain locked. Do not block the driveway.

• Limit: Maximum of two (2) firearms per person for sight-in

• Guests: Not permitted – each person requires their own permit

🔹 Range Rules (Summary)

• Range is private property operated by MFGA under lease from the Province of New Brunswick.

• Range is not approved for shotguns or .50 cal firearms. A single bow lane is available.

• Obey the Range Officer at all times; they have full authority over the firing line.

• Shooting is rotational if others are waiting.

• Alcohol or cannabis are not permitted at any time.

• Range may be closed by DNRED for fire suppression or safety.

• MFGA may prohibit access for rule violations or damages.

🔹 Legal & Waiver

• Governed by the Crown Lands and Forests Act, Firearms Act, and Canada Firearms Program regulations.

• By purchasing, you consent to DNRED sharing your contact info with MFGA for access governance.

• $25 fee applies per permit, per person; no refunds.
